The personal information that you give us when you place an order is used to process and fulfill your order. We also use your personal information for our own internal purposes, such as providing customer support or providing, maintaining, evaluating and improving our products and services. We partner with one or more credit card processing companies to assist us in processing your payment. However, those companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We honor the intellectual property rights of others. Some works online are posted by living painters and designers through Toperfect's project "Sell Your Art". Except in limited instances under authorized agreements, we do not reproduce the works offered on our site, but rather we purchase or license artworks from third party suppliers that represent to us that they have sufficient rights to allow us to display and sell the paintings on the website. If you believe that your work has been copied or used on the website in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please notify us by email to and provide related evidence. Upon receipt of any bona fide claim of infringement, or upon becoming aware of any actual or alleged infringement by any other means, we will remove such actual or alleged infringing image(s) from the website and/or cease sales of the product(s) pending our investigation.

About custom order of Picture to Paintings. Customers are responsible to the pictures' copyright what they ask Toperfect to turn to painting if they don't own the copyright. It means that, by using Toperfect's service of Picture to Paintings, you state that own the copyrights of these pictures/photos what you send to Toperfect.

Refund & Delivery Time

All of Toperfect’s paintings are CUSTOM MADE and hand painted, neither old stock nor recovered second-hand goods. Usually it will take 18-30 days to paint, check quality, and assure 100% hand painted artworks to be fully dry. Please inform us if you need it urgently.

If you can’t wait so long, please MUST inform us in 48 hours since payment; then we’ll refund. Once pass the time, we’ll arrange your order and no refund 100% due to labor cost incurred.

Returns and Cancellations

Q: What is the guarantee on purchase and return policy?

Toperfect Group would like to only accept your down payment, 60% of the total to start to paint.
We'll take pictures of the finished painting by camera and send you by email, our painters will keep working hard till you're satisfied. It's the best guarantee for your money safe.

Q: How to cancel orders?

A: We'll send you a confirmation email about the shipping date as soon as receive your payment. If you want to cancel your order, please MUST inform us in 48 hours since make payment; then we’ll refund 100%.
