Alexei Alexeievich Harlamoff, 1840–1925, was a Russian
painter. In 1870 Tsarina Maria Alexandrovna buys an oil painting by Harlamoff. In 1880 Harlamoff was accepted full member of the Association of Itinerant Art Exhibitions. In 1888 Queen Victoria was attracted by Alexei Harlamov paintings. In 1900-Harlamoff was appointed Chevalier of the Legion of Honour. Then he exhibited at the Universal Exhibition in Paris.
